Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your Joyaplaces purchase. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return it within 30 days of purchase in a new and unused condition and we will gladly exchange it or refund your merchandise price. Returns received past 30 days of purchase will not be refunded.
However, due to the nature of our products, and for hygienic reasons, items where the box has been opened or the seal of the box has been removed cannot be returned. Original shipping and processing charges are not refundable.
After that, your item must be in the same condition as the item received, and it must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. Make sure to ship the contents in a sturdy box (not a paper envelope or padded mailer), as damaged returns cannot be accepted. Please also include a copy of your order receipt with order number.
Next, choose a mail carrier, pay for postage (unless you qualify for a pre-paid label from us), and send it to the address we provide with. Postmarked date must be within 30 days of purchase. We recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking numbers.
